General FAQ

Well-behaved dogs are welcome provided owners take full responsibility and clean up after them. Be aware that if it's hot we have limited amounts of shade available.

4pm on the Friday (12 midday for campers) and 11am on Saturday and Sunday.

5pm on the Friday and 12 midday on Saturday and Sunday.

Music starts at 6pm on the Friday and 1pm on the Saturday and Sunday. Music finishes at 11pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10pm on Sunday.

No, sorry. We have plenty of food and drink options in the arena. Snacks for small children are permitted. Water is permitted too provided it's in factory sealed (new) plastic bottles but please note we have free drinking water throughout site so an empty bottle is recommended.

The site is flat but most of it is grass

There will be regular free buses from locations in Wincanton to and from the site only

Gazebos aren't permitted in the area. Parasols are as long as they aren't higher than seated head height.

Camping FAQ

12 midday on Friday, 9am on Saturday, and 12 midday on Sunday. Last entry is 10pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

If you have a camping ticket then yes. Only those with a weekend camping ticket can access campsites.

Yes but only if you purchase an upgrade ticket.

Unfortunately not due to health and safety reasons. It's only a short walk from the car park to the campsite.

Yes but we're expecting our campsites to be busy so you may be asked to take it down.

Yes but small cannisters only (250ml max)

Depending on where you park and pitch it will be 200m up to 500m.

We can do card transactions for most things, however we recommend bringing some cash too as some card machines on site rely on good mobile internet reception which isn't always gauranteed depending on which way the wind is blowing on the day.
